I made a movie about this years ago, but since so many talk about this again, I made this article for everyone.
go to internet settings, pick ipv4 protocol and change the setting at the bottom to google: 8-8-8-8 and 8-8-4-4 and then you get around your ISP and can visit EVERYTHING on the internet. pacsteam.org told you.
